About Climb A Rainbow Pop It:
Pretty fun game that is also very, very hard. I have a very limited amount of time on this game currently but if I need to point out the grips i would just say. You fall way too sporadically when you hit a slope surface. it makes recovering so much harder and you will certainly be saved by landing on a platform, not by you shooting a target. Screen transition are frustrating but in an unfair way. Once you leave a screen it instantly, without hesitation cuts to the next screen making the first jumps in said screen some of the worst jumps you will need to hit. This is currently my biggest issue and I dread every transition I come across. It would be nice having a temporary slowed fall speed to compensate with the awful transitions, a heads up on the positions of the next couple of targets in a screen or an barrier where you can’t exceed falling below it (but that would make the game much easier then it currently is). Literally any compensation for transitions or just better/smoother transitions in the first place. While platforming-like areas are scarce and spaced out through the game they really are not fun when you come across them. The fall speed and sporadic bouncing makes them a chore to beat and not an enjoyable chore. If you see red platforms near a somewhat enclosed space, dread it, run from it. Still recommend it since while I just listed negatives for the game, it’s far from a ‘not recommended’. Some of the better parts of the game includes the tunes played, the art and the diverse range of different targets, some needing to charge before getting launched while others move differently (not all are winners though, looking at the stupid purple orb that has quite literally random movement left and right).
