Phoenix Point is a strategy video game with a turn-based tactics system. The game is a spiritual successor to the X-COM series. The game is set in 2047 on Earth where the aliens have occupied Earth with humanity wiping out. You have to start the game in the command of a lone base and has to face a mix of tactical and strategic challenges as you are fighting for survival and the rest of mankind from an alien threat. You have to make your way between battles aliens have to adapt through accelerated and evolutionary mutations to the techniques, tactics, and technology that you will use against them. In Phoenix Point, multiple peoples will complete their objectives in a set span of time and in limited resources. How you will face the challenges of the game will result in the ending of the game. Phoenix Point has introduced and integrated global strategy and tactical combat through which you will try to save the Earth from an alien invasion. Alien Threat is a part of the gameplay of the game, designed to give you a variety of challenges and surprises for a tactical war. Aliens will randomly generate in the game in two different levels, first aliens will find available and interchangeable body parts, second aliens will change in shape and size. In Phoenix Point, when new regions, animals and other biological materials found including humans, the pool of available body parts for aliens will increase. Let’s take an instance the procedural generation mutation system will mash up the body part of lion with a body part of other humans in order to create an alien monster. Phoenix Point is a single-player game rather than a multi-player game because people like to play it as a single player.
